Refund & Returns Policy
At PITCH QUEENS, all of our products are made to order. This helps us reduce waste and prevent overproduction, allowing us to operate more sustainably.
Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items ordered in the wrong size, design, or colour. Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect (you received the wrong product)
Significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe
Please contact us immediately at tkernows@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and make it right.
We may request photos of the item and packaging to help resolve the matter quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Custom or personalised products
Sale items
Gift cards
Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
Personal care products (e.g. beauty items)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
As each item is made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved (for eligible issues only), the quickest way to receive a replacement is to place a new order once your return has been processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved:
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
Banks and card providers may require additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at tkernows@gmail.com.
